Meeting opened at 812 in Machmer W-27 by APO President Roger Crouse.

The Secretary's report was read and accepted with the correction that it was $271.72 deposited not $371.72.

Karl Polsen read a letter from Sheila McRae, chairman of the Sun board, granting us permission to use a room in the Student Union the price of one dollar a day with the stipulation that all profits made by book exchange Place fit between the two organizations and that the money be used only for service projects.  Paragraph Roger Slutsky spoke on the get together at folly Lodge Friday and there will be a Christmas caroling December 12 at 7:30 p.m.

Move: that any brother in Kappa Omicron chapter of Alpha Phi Omega or any sister in Alpha Theta chapter Gamma Sigma Sigma shall have the right to request for investigation of the procedures and accounts the book exchange committee.  The request for investigation shall be submitted in writing to presidents of the respective chapter shall include the nature of, and the reasons for said request.  The Presidents and first Vice President of both chapters shall meet with the cochairman of the BX to determine validity of said request.  Should an investigation be authorized, it shall be conducted by a committee appointed by the two presidents.  At the close of the investigation, written and verbal reports shall be submitted to the joint meeting of the chapters.

The records and accounts of the book exchange committee shall under no other circumstance be open to scrutiny except at the discretion of the cochairman of that committee.  MSP.

There will be a joint meeting of APO and GSS 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on registration date concerning the Book Exchange
